Give your students what they want and need to become leaders in the travel and hospitality industries

Graduating with a Hospitality and Tourism Management degree myself and then spending over a decade traveling the globe enriching my knowledge on the industry, I realized how much is missing in Hospitality and Tourism programs.

There is more to the industry than becoming a travel agent or working in a hotel.  The past decade was heavily shaped by the internet, social media, and technology. 

Students want to learn about more careers or job options that center around remote work, digital nomad lifestyles, sustainability, wellness tourism, travel coaching, transformative travel, travel tech, and more. It’s time to get people thinking outside of the box when it comes to tourism and hospitality careers.

It is also important to inspire, empower, and educate students on how to travel effectively and how to use their personal travel experiences to shape their future in the travel or hospitality industries that can spark innovation and creativity.

I love educating students on the power of travel on our personal and professional life and wellbeing and how to thrive when studying or working abroad. Remember, not everyone is an avid traveler and a new environment can be overwhelming to some people. 

It is my goal to help universities offer hospitality and tourism programs that are current, desirable, and suit the new generation of passionate travelers.
